When you subscribe to DEWY MD Beauty Box, you'll receive a box every season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall). Each box comes with 5 full-size (unless otherwise indicated) skincare products that are dermatologist-approved. Each product will be part of a complete skincare routine and will include a cleanser, sunscreen, moisturizer, serum, and retinol (or retinol equivalent) cream or serum.
Your box will be customized to fit your skin type based on the answers to your skin type quiz (this is filled out when you select the box you would like to purchase or using the tab "Skin Profile Survey" if purchasing a one-time subscription).
In addition to hand-selected products, your box will include a skin-care routine pamphlet, written by Dr. Richardson, that will give you detailed info on the products, directions for use, special tips, and exclusive discounts from retailers.
Best of all, you can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time.
When you sign up, you'll receive that season's box. For example, If you sign up between December-February, you'll receive the Winter box. If you sign up between March-May you'll receive the Spring box. If you sign up between June-August, you'll receive the Summer box. If you sign up between September-November, you'll receive the Fall box. Future boxes will then be delivered at regular quarterly intervals.
***This does not apply to our current pre-launch boxes that will be for the Winter 2021 season and shipped Dec 1st - Dec14th.
If you are already an active DEWY MD Beauty Box subscriber, you will be billed on the last day of the subscription month before the following dates: December 1st, March 1st, June 1st, September 1st. For instance, for the:
Winter 2021 cycle, you will be charged on November 30th
Spring 2022 cycle, you will be charged on February 28th
Summer 2022 cycle, you will be charged on May 31st
Fall 2022 cycle, you will be charged on August 31st
If you are a new subscriber, you will be billed on the day that you sign up. For example, if you start your subscription on Oct 25th, you will receive the Fall box, then your next charge will be November 30th and you will receive the Winter box soon after.
Please note: If you sign up at the end of a season, you will receive the current season's box and then receive the next season's box shortly after.
***Gift boxes are charged the day you choose in check out and shipped out within 7-14 business days starting December 1st, 2021.

Depending on the box you choose you can expect a variety of both drugstore and high-end professional and medical grade full-sized skincare products. Products will have already been vetted by Dr. Richardson to ensure high-quality and standards!
Yes! This is what makes DEWY MD Beauty Box so unique! Dr. Richardson will customize your box for you based on your skincare quiz answers.
If you have a subscription, log in to your account by clicking the link in the top right-hand corner of the page. If you do not have an account, you can create one here. Once logged in, on the main page, click "Manage" and to the right next to "Update Choices" click "Edit". Do not forget to save your choices afterwards and your next box will be updated to reflect your answers.
If you made a one-time purchase, click the "Skin Profile Quiz" at the top of the page to update your quiz answers. I will receive all updates. Feel free to send us a message at email@example.com once you have updated your quiz so any changes to your next box can be made before shipping.
As a custom subscription service, Dr. Richardson will choose products best suited for your skin type. As a dermatologist, Dr. Richardson knows that not every product will work well for every single person. Her goal is to sift through the overwhelming amount of options and present you with products that are high-quality and dermatologist-approved. Each product will include detailed information in the product brochure on uses, benefits, and active ingredients to guide you on making the best choices for your skin.
You can cancel at any time without hidden fees or penalties. To pause, skip or cancel your subscription simply log on to your account in the upper right-hand corner. If you don't have an account created, simply click "create account" and use the email address you used to make your original purchase. Once logged onto your account click "Subscription" to see options, then "Manage" on the left-hand side, then "Subscription settings" in the bottom right-hand corner.

Shipping in the US is free. We are not shipping outside the US at this time.
Orders are custom-made and will be processed and shipped within 10-14 business days after payment is processed.
We will use a variety of shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, and USPS). We’re constantly exploring options to get your order to you quicker and more efficiently.
A tracking number will be sent automatically once your order ships to the contact information provided when you place your order. You can also view your shipments directly on your account.
Address changes must be made before the first of the month in order to take effect for that month’s shipping. If the address is not updated in time, the carrier has the right to charge a forwarding fee. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong or old shipping address, or delayed deliveries. The customer is responsible for filing all claims
Boxes are only eligible for return if the product is damaged during shipping. To receive authorization for the return, contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You must pay for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Log into your account by clicking on the account login button in the upper right-hand corner of the page. From there click you have options to change payment for an upcoming shipment, change the form of payment altogether, and much more!
